YOU'RE NOT AN OWL
Owls hang out on branches all day…
It's only when the night comes that it starts hunting.
That's the life of an owl…
But you're a human… And as Healthline reminds us of… you shouldn't live like an owl!
THAT'S THE CIRCADIAN RHYTHM:
🌇 At the end of the day, blood pressure rises, the body is secreting melatonin which induces sleep and pauses the digestive system.
🌙 During the night, body temperature drops, organs are less active and memory is consolidated. Between 2 and 4 am, melatonin reaches its peak secretion, which promotes deep sleep.
🌅 When you wake up, body temperature is at its lowest and gradually increases as the day goes on. By mid-morning, testosterone levels are at their highest, arousal and attention levels are at their peak and drop during the afternoon.
In short, you sleep at night and you create during the day.
Now, think about this:
What would your life look like in 1 month, 6 months or 1 year if you could learn to synchronize the rhythm of your days with your internal clock? If you could perform every action optimally and at the right time?
